Performance testing openings with Honeywell, Bangalore

Technical / Team Leader Performance testing (5 to 7 yr)

-> Good understanding of the Performance testing lifecycle, techniques and methodologies.
-> Should be able to create performance test strategies for multi tiered applications (hardware, software and devices).
-> Should have a good track record in the areas of performance bottleneck analysis (OS, Application, DB and System resources) and recommending corrective actions.
-> Sound knowledge of communication protocols and ability to quickly understand new protocols.
-> Good knowledge of performance tuning techniques will be a plus.
-> Should be able to work under minimal supervision and be able to provide technical support across multiple projects/programs.
-> Should have good communication, analytical and debugging skills
-> Software development experience in one of the following will be a plus - J2EE, Dotnet, C, C++

PERFROMANCE TEST EGNINEER

-> At least 3 to 4 years of Performance Testing experience
-> Should have good hands on experience with Load Runner Tool.
-> Good in Scripting & Execution and analysis using LR, and Test Reporting.
-> Should be able to create performance test strategies for multi tiered applications (hardware, software and devices).
-> Should have good understanding of application architectures and decide the performance focus areas and decide on required tools
-> Should have end to end STLC testing process.
-> Good communication skills.
-> Knowledge in LR Diagnostics would be a plus
-> Exposure to Customer interfacing role
-> Load Runner Experience
