• Managing Lead Generation, Business Closure, Completing the entire Sales Cycle.
• Mapping client's requirements & provide them expert advisory services to selection of right services.
• Preparing Scope of Project (SOP) for submitting proposals.
• Preparing Project Requirement Sheets for new projects.
• Check the status of on going projects with the technical team and deliver the finished jobs.
• Building & strengthening relationships with prospective clients.
• Generating business from the new and existing clients and achieving increased sales growth.
• Generating daily reports from all members and conducting a meeting on daily and weekly basis.
• Taking daily Plan of Action of my team members.
• Organizing monthly meets with Managers regarding performance & Sales Targets of individual Team Members.
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
