Skill Set: Relevant 3+ of experience in EJB
Experience in good Java programming (Core/JSP/J2EE ) Must be able write flawless program given analytical problem (any logical algorithm to program) • Knowledge of latest tech like Struts/AJAX/Hibernate etc is preferable (not must, but should show inclination of learning these areas) • Should be proficient in Java IDE’s preferably Eclipse SSE: (all SE requirements plus) • Must have done atleast 1 year of sizable development project. • He should exceptional in one or more of J2EE atleast 1 year experience (Servlet, JSP, Spring, Hibernate-ORM, EJB, Webservices) • Should be able to understand design principles and good exposure to Design Patterns, Should be able to apply design pattern to the problem
