Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparation of Test strategy and Test Plan documents
• Authoring and Execution of Test cases
• Bug posting and documentation of bug reports
• Root Cause Analysis of defects
• Preparation and Maintenance of test artifacts like WBS, Test Summary Reports, etc.
• Internal Project Reporting
• Authoring and Execution of Test cases

Essential Skills & Experience
• 2-5 years of experience in Software Application Testing (manual and automation)
• Automation experience (1-2 years) is must, preferably QTP
• Having prior experience on Test Management tools and Bug tracking tools
• Hands on experience in testing banking Applications
• Should be good in communication.
