Aero Design with Electrical Harness (Job Code: AeroDesign)

3 â€" 7 years experience in Aerospace Component Design using Catia V5 basic, expertise on Electrical Module, familiarity with tools like Enovia LCA is desired. Good in drawing reading , GD &T, Tubing.

 

Manufacturing Engineering (Job Code: ME)

3-9 years experience in Aircraft Manufacturing, Methods, Planning , Assembly & Installations.  Good at GD & T, Tolerance Stackup analysis & Producibility checks. Expertise is Catia V5 Basic + FT & A, Enovia, PDM, TCM , DELMIA, EnCAPTA, DFMA , MS Office.

 

Tool Design (Job Code: TD): 5-10 years domain experience in tool designing of jigs and fixtures for machining/fabrication/welding/assembly/inspection of aerospace/automobile parts, preferably tools designed for fuselage/wings, etc. • Design of ground support/transportation

equipment for aerospace parts • Effective in use of CAD,standard elements, low cost automation in tool design• Strong in fundamentals of tool design/drafting standards/product manufacturing information.

 

Aero structures Analysis - Nastran / Patran / Hand calculations (Job Code: ASA): 2 to 8yrs Experience in Aircraft structures preferably in any one of the following areas: • Analysis of Primary & Secondary (Fuselage, Wing, Empennage) Structures • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Stress analysis (composite & Metallic) and to check the detail stress analysis as per Airbus standards • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance analysis (composite & Metallic) • Working knowledge on PATRAN/NASTRAN, ABAQUS, Mathcad, Excel VBA and AIRBUS collection programs will be added advantage.

Structural Analysis Engineers - Ansys / Nastran / Patran / Hypermesh (Job Code: SAE): 4 to 8yrs Experience in finite element modeling and analysis using ANSYS or NASTRAN. Candidates should have hands-on experience with various analysis types such as linear statics, nonlinear statics (contact, material and large deformation), dynamics (normal modes and cyclic modal) etc. Expertise in 2D/3D FE modeling in ANSYS or Hypermesh for aero-engine/turbo-machinery/automotive components would be preferred. Experience in interpreting and understanding FEA results, post-processing and preparing comprehensive analysis reports, would be an added advantage.

 

Turbo Machinery Design Engineers (Job Code: TDE)

3 to 7 years of experience in turbo machinery component design, 3D modeling/drafting of equipment using Unigraphics NX, preparation of manufacturing drawings and good knowledge in GD&T. Should have hands on experience in Unigraphics NX. Experience in Steam/Gas turbine design and development is highly desirable.

Overview of Requirements:

We are building a strong Aerospace Electronics and Systems development team and are looking for Engineering Graduates/ Post Graduates in Electronics, Electrical and Avionics streams with experience (2-12 Years) in embedded software development to power our capability further. The candidates must be familiar with aircraft systems and on-board controllers for critical applications. Suitable candidates will be considered for leadership roles to lead our engineering teams and manage customer relationships.

 

Required skills:

Embedded Core SW (Job Code EC):  Experience in Development of safety critical software for aircraft systems & airborne controllers as per DO-178B guidelines. Good understanding of device drivers, databases, real-time operating system components and functions. Experience in middle layer software development based on RTOS Nucleus/Vx Works/RT Linux.  Hands on Experience in working with protocols associated with data buses such as CAN, TTP, ARINC 429, ARINC 664 etc.  Experience in tracking technical performance based on timing, memory, stack analysis, Data Coupling and Control Coupling Analysis (Static/Dynamic).  Programming skills in C/Ada/ Assembly on Embedded platforms based on General Purpose Microprocessors/ Controllers and in C on Digital Signal Processors (DSP) with excellent debugging experience using IDEs, Debuggers, Emulators, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.

 

Embedded SW Applications (Job Code ESA): Experience in Development of safety critical software for aircraft systems & airborne controllers as per DO-178B guidelines.  Programming skills in C/Ada/ Assembly on Embedded platforms for Aircraft Applications. Knowledge of Control Algorithms, Model Based Designs and implementation in software. 

 

Embedded SW Verification (Job Code ESV) :  Experience in Verification of safety critical software for aircraft systems & airborne controllers as per DO-178B guidelines.   If you are experienced in software verification in above areas (Core SW or Application SW) you can be considered to build our excellence in verification projects. 

 

Desirable skills for all technical roles above:

Exposure to Motor Controllers, Actuators, Electrical Systems, Air Management Systems, Environmental Control Systems  and Engine Management Systems for commercial aircraft.

Experience in developing software/ hardware requirements from system requirements, model based development and model validation for control applications using MATLAB/Simulink/ Real Time Workshop.

Familiarity with Lab View, LDRA, RTRT, DOORS, Synergy, Clearcase/ Clear quest, Python, Perl, etc..

Capability and flexibility to switch roles between product development, verification and systems engineering.

Note: Experienced professionals with similar low level skills from non-Aerospace safety critical applications can be considered after review of resume received through emails.

 

Engineering Program Management (Jobe Code: EPM) With minimum of 12 years in the aerospace software industry of which more than 3 years’ experience in managing medium size/complex aerospace product development / support as mentioned in areas above.  Must have PMP certification and managed a program management office. Familiar with project estimation, billing, predictictive and corrective actions to deliver timely work output to customers with expected quality.  Familiarity with tracking aerospace engineering services projects using metrics maintaining the excellent relationship with project teams and customers.

 

Power Electronics Design (Job Code: PED) â€¢ Design of analog and digital circuits with hands-on experience on simulation of the circuits using Pspice/Multisim. Performing circuit analysis like worst case, stress and root cause Analysis. Design of circuits with 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers. Design, Development and testing of Power Electronic circuits (e.g. Power supplies, Motor Controls etc). Experience on Avionics domain and standards like DO254, DO160E are an added advantage. Knowledge on the tools like DOORS and VSS is preferred.

 

Avionics Embedded V & V (Job Code: A-VV)

 

·         Must have worked in V & V of Level A / B software for at least 4 years

·         General avionics systems knowledge, DO-178B Level A Verification/Testing, C/C++, Test stands, Avionics automated test equipment, Requirements Based Testing
