• Aerospace
Tool: Catia V5 R18.
 Hydraulic/pneumatic valves
 Sheet metal design with electronic packaging knowledge
 Manufacturing process and PFMEA
 Tooling: Jigs and fixture design and manufacturing
 Tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, ANSI Y14.5M
 3D (complex) modeling and 2D drawings, castings, assemblies

• Industrial
 Experience in horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps
 Tool: Pro/E Wildfire 4 – surface modeling

• Consumer Electronics/Industrial manufacturing
 Experience in hand-held devices/consumer electronics products/vacuum cleaners/bearing
 Experience in designing plastic/sheet metal/die-casting parts for enclosures/mechanisms/bearing
 Knowledge on GD&T , DFX, and tolerance stack up
 CAD tools: Pro E/Pro E with advance surfacing skills/Solid Works

Fire & Safety
 Design experience of Valves, actuators and controls
 CAD Tools: Inventor/Revit MEP/Solid Works/Pro E

• Hydraulics/off highway
 Experience in design of Hydraulics system, component selection, circuit optimization, and testing
 Experience in design of actuators, hydraulic pumps and motors, Servo, solenoid, DCV, CV, pneumatic systems for pilot control

• Oil & Gas
 Sub-sea equipment design/analysis experience
 Piping design and analysis with PDMS, CAESAR II

• Cost Modeling & Value Engineering
 Experience in product cost estimation in the domains of castings/hot forgings/cold forgings/iron casting (ductile)/machining/turning/fasteners/stamping/rubber components/tubing/bar stock/bearings
 Experience on Product design with appliance industry back ground
 Experience on VA/VE projects

• Medical Devices (Location: Chennai)
 Experience in manufacturing processes: machining, plastics, and sheet metal
 Experience in design calculations, tolerance analysis, material, and manufacturing process selection
Engineering Analysis (Location: Bangalore/Chennai)
 Experience on Linear / non-Linear FEA simulation
 Experience on Ansys/Abaqus, with expertise in elastic and hyper-elastic material models

Thermal Analysis(Location: Bangalore)
 Experience on thermal analysis of electronic systems and sub-system in Telecom, Automotive and Aerospace domains
 Tools: Flotherm/Icepack

Technical Publication (Location: Bangalore)
 Experience on Interleaf/FrameMaker/Arbortext Editor (SGML)/Ultra XML
 Experience in ATA standards with Simplified Technical English (AECMA)
