3+ years performance testing experience using HP Load Runner
3+ years business analysis experience
3+ years system administration/engineering (AIX, Windows) â€"or- development experience
3+ years hands-on experience developing VuGen scripts
3+ years hands-on experience building and executing LoadRunner scenarios
3+ years hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting LoadRunner results (LRA/LRR)
Experience handling multiple concurrent projects
Understanding of the waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC)
Strong business and technical writing skills
3 + years working with Websphere, Oracle 10G , MS SQL, Sybase, UNIX AIX, C, K, Perl, Transfer protocols -MQ & MQ Client, XML , XML parsing
