1. Solid Automation experience for 3 years
2. Practical automation problem solving skills
3. Good scripting knowledge. (Should have done much scripting rather than Record and Play back)
4. Practical usage of Data driven Approach
5. Practical Experience in developing Automation Framework
6. Good knowledge on Error Handling scenarios
