Job Description :
• Experience in Instructional Designer, developing high level design and storyboards for eLearning courses
• Sound knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles
• Familiarity with eLearning development process and standards
• Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (eg. Flash, Captivate, Articulate) and any one LCMS
