• Strong knowledge in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, XML, XHTML.
• Having experience in Facebook development is good (but not necessary).
• Autonomy and responsibility is a good point.
• You should be able to take decisions on your own.
• Zend certification will be an added advantage.
