Global Scholar is interested in hiring candidates from Java, J2EE or C++ background provided he/she is willing to shift the platform to DOTNET.
Role : SE / SSE
Exp : 2 - 6 Yrs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Should have hands-on development experience with .NET 2.0/3.0, ASP.NET ,C#, XSL/XSLT,SQL Server, Web Services, SOA, SOAP, XML ,IIS,CSS
· Should be able to conceptualize and come up with multiple architectural approaches
· Should have experience in creating models/frameworks/interfaces.
· Should be able to validate architecture against requirements/assumptions.
· Should be able to articulate architectural vision
· Should be able to analyze and pick the right technology and technical approach for a given problem.
· Should be able to mentor developers to address challenges using best practices
· Should have a thorough understanding of the system and the impact of any approach on the system.
· Should have a strong desire to make a difference
· Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
· Should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Should have experience with integrating third party products.
· Should have strong exposure to design patterns and design methodologies
· Should have proven record of working in multiple technologies
