Experience in query Performance Tuning RMAN, BACKUP/Recovery Service Support & Delivery Processes (ITIL) knowledge with hands-on role
Should familiar with and follow ITIL processes
To prepare high level systems design keeping customer requirements into mind
Accountable for SLA clauses with the clients.
Interaction with customer on need basis
